  • The Court of Justice of the European Union has notified in writing its Chamber judgment in Cases T-342/07 and T-411/07 Ryanair Holdings plc and Aer Lingus Group plc v Commission. The Court held that the prohibition of Ryanair’s takeover of Aer Lingus is valid.
    The General Court also upholds the Commission’s refusal to order Ryanair to divest its minority shareholding in Aer Lingus .
